Patrick K. Gray received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 and his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2001. Prior to law school, Mr. Gray worked at Goldman Sachs in their mortgage trading department. Following law school, Mr. Gray was an associate at Skadden, Arps in their Tax and Structured Finance practice groups.
