From the screening of attorneys through each successive step, CMW partners continually evaluate the needs of both the client and the individual attorney. Prospective candidates meet initially with the partner who can most effectively implement a successful placement. Subsequent to the initial meeting, a second partner will consult on the placement. Together they formulate the best strategy and obtain the most appropriate interviews.

The "two-partner" system has advantages for the client as well; there is always a partner available to discuss prospective candidates. In addition, because each placement is viewed as a "team effort", clients benefit from a selective search process which ensures fewer resumés of only the most qualified attorneys.
